CANCELLATION POLICY
At BLANCASOLE, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we are a mobile service that prepares and travels to your location, we ask that all scheduling changes be made with adequate notice out of respect for your technician's time and other clients. Deposits A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total session balance due at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling ✦ Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment — your $50 deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled session ✦ Cancellations or reschedules made within 24–48 hours — your deposit may be applied to a future booking at BLANCASOLE's discretion ✦ Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment — your $50 deposit is forfeited ✦ No-shows — your deposit is forfeited in full and a new deposit will be required to rebook Late Arrivals Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Because we travel to you, arriving late to your own location may result in a shortened session. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for the next client. No refunds or credits will be issued for time lost due to client unreadiness. Group & Bridal Bookings Group bookings of 3 or more require a 72-hour cancellation notice. Individual cancellations within a group booking may result in adjusted group pricing. How to Cancel or Reschedule All changes must be made via your GlossGenius booking link or by messaging us directly via WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
